What We Do

The London Bureau is an AI Studio. We help organizations understand what's actually possible with AI, and then we implement those possibilities so you start delivering results fast—not years down the line with a PowerPoint deck.

We work across sectors: public sector (Transport for London), healthcare and diagnostics (SpeeDx, Ziab), media and broadcast, finance, and PropTech. Every project follows the same method: investigate what's really needed, design the solution, build it, ship it, and hand it over so it runs without us.

Our team brings rare expertise: 10+ years of AI implementation in production systems, operator-level fluency with both business problems and technical architecture, and a network of practitioners building AI systems that actually work. We've founded and exited an AI company (Fraim to UK Parliament), shipped platforms handling 500K+ data points, and led transformation projects for some of the UK's largest organizations.
